Exotic vegan Smoothie Bowl

This creamy vegan Smoothie Bowl brings the perfect feeling of exotic holidays. With its healthy fruits like mango and pineapple you can start the day refreshing and perfectly well. And the best: it’s so easy to create and done so quickly. So although you have to be quick in the morning you can do it very well: just everything in the mixer. Then you have a great refreshing, healthy, tropical start into your day.


Ingredients:

(1 bowl)

Bowl:

  • 1 frozen banana (optional)
  • 250g frozen fruits (mango and pineapple)
  • 250ml Coconut Drink/Dairy-free Milk


Topping (optional):

  • Shredded Coconut
  • More Pineapple
  • More Mango



How it’s done:

  • Put the frozen fruits and the coconut milk or the dairy-free milk into a blender or mixer. If you want it more creamy then add the frozen banana. 
  • Mix it until a creamy smoothie is created.
  • Fill it into a bowl
  • Top it with your topping

Red Berry Smoothie Bowl 

I‘m really in love with breakfast: Celebrating a new day and looking forward to do something you love at this day, even you won’t get there where you wished to be at the end of the day. Today I will show you the recipe of a vegan Red Berry Smoothie Bowl. Whit its topping of fruits and chia seeds, this bowl will give you many of fresh energy and natural proteins and it’s made in a few minutes.

Ingredients:
(1 bowl)
Bowl:

  • 200g Strawberries
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 150g Soyog/Almond Yoghurt/Dairy-Free Yoghurt 
  • 150ml Coconut Water/Diary Free Milk


My Topping:

  • 1 Banana
  • some more Strawberries 
  • a few Dried Fruits (Apples&Berries)
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds



How it’s done:

  • Cut the strawberries into pieces and put it all (strawberries, raspberries, diary-free yoghurt, dairy-free milk) into the blender/mixer
  • Blend it until a more or less (thick) smoothie is created. 
  • Fill the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your topping.

Kiwi-Brownie Porridge


What about a quick warming breakfast for a perfect start into the day? 
For every chocoholic: This vegan kiwi-brownie porridge lets you start with a lot of energy. 

Ingredients:
(1 bowl)
Porridge:

  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 300ml Coconut Water/Dairy-Free Milk
  • 10g Cocoa Powder

Topping:

  • 1 Kiwi
  • Rated Coconut 
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Rolled Oats



How it’s done:

  • Heat the dairy-free milk in a pan. As soon as it cooks, add the rolled oats and let simmer for about 5 minutes until a mushy mixture is formed. 
  • Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Add the topping.

Pineapple Smoothie Bowl


Longer days, green trees, blossoming flowers, outside it’s getting warmer and I’m looking forward to spring. 

To reduce the waiting time, I will show you my new recipe. This vegan pineapple smoothie bowl, will give you a little piece of warming summer and a sunny touch of your day. With its many vitamins the smoothie bowl will treat you for the whole day. 


Ingredients:

(1 Bowl)

Smoothie

  • 300g Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • 60ml Almond Drink/dairy-free milk


Topping

  • Coconut Chips
  • Vegan Granola
  • Raspberries 
  • Pineapple



How it’s done:

  • Put the ingredients for the smoothie (pineapple, banana, almond drink) into a blender. Blend it until an airy smoothie is formed.
  • Fill the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your topping. Be creative!

Vegan Chocolate Porridge


When it’s January, sometimes at a cold morning I need a little chocolate and coffee to start the day full of new energy. What about you? 
Today I’ll show you my quick and easy recipe of a vegan, creamy and warming chocolate porridge. To make it more healthy and full of vitamins, top it with your favourite fruit. I tried it with the typical winter fruit: orange and for the colour pomegranate.


Ingredients
(1 portion)
Porridge:

  • 60g Vegan Chocolate/Dark Chocolate (70%)
  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 250ml Oatmilk/Coconut Water/other Dairy -Free Milk


Topping:

  • Orange
  • Pomegranate
  • Cacao Nibs



How it’s done:

  • Let the oat flakes boil up with the milk, stirring occasionally, until a creamy mass is formed.
  • Top it!

Rice Pudding with Rhubarb Compote


Are you a daydreamer too? Then let your dreams sweeten a little with this delicious rice pudding. What was your favourite food as a little child? Did your grandparents always have rice pudding? How I would love to be just another little child sometimes and have the plate at my grandma's filled with a fine rice pudding! Today I will show you how to regain a little touch of your childhood despite getting older. This vegan rice pudding with rhubarb compote will definitely keep you dreaming through the day.

Ingredients:
(4 portions)
Rice Pudding

  • 200g Pudding Rice
  • 1l Coconut Water/Coconut Drink Alnatura
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Paste


Rhubarb Compote

  • 600g Fresh or Frozen Rhubarbs 
  • 50g Erythrit
  • 1 Fresh Vanilla Pod


Topping
(Optional)

  • Cashews
  • Lime
  • Pomegranate Seeds 
  • Vanilla Pod
  • Coconut Flakes



How it’s done:

  • Fill the Coconut Water into a pan and heat it. As soon as it boils, reset the heat and add the pudding rice. Add the vanilla paste. Simmer it for about 20 minutes until a pudding is created.
  • Meanwhile put the rhubarbs and the vanilla pod into a pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Add again and again the Erythrit.
  • Fill it into your bowls and add the topping.
  • Serve it hot and...

Kiwi Smoothie-Bowl

For me breakfast is everything. If you start the day with a good breakfast, you are motivated for the rest of the day and can master it full of energy. This vegan kiwi smoothie bowl is so healthy and easy to make, and is at least as delicious as it looks: The fine taste of kiwi mixed with the nutty taste of coconut and oat flakes. Let yourself be pampered!


Ingredients:
(2 portions)
Bowl:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 6 Kiwis
  • 250ml Coconut-Drink/Coconut Water
  • 100g Rolled Oats


Topping:
(Be creative!)

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 20g Coconut Flakes
  • 10g Chia Seeds
  • Cashews
  • Lemon



How it’s done:

  • Put all the ingredients for the bowl (bananas, kiwi, coconut water, rolled oats) into the blender and blend it until an airy consistency is created.
  • Now fill into two bowls and create your topping.

Yoghurt-Porridge


No time in the morning? That’s no longer an excuse. This vegan Yoghurt-Porridge lasts less than five minutes and can even be made the evening before and put in the fridge during the night. With the wintery scent of cinnamon and apple, the recipe is perfect for starting a cold winter day full of new energy.
Let‘s try:


Ingredients:
(1 portion)
Porridge:

  • 150g Dairy-Free (Almond) Yoghurt 
  • 40g Wholegrain Rolled Oats
  • more or less 150ml Boiling Water


Topping:

  • 1 Fresh Apple
  • 30g Almonds
  • Cinnamon
  • (Optional: 1tbsp Maple Syrup for a sweet treat)



How it’s done:

  • Fill the rolled oats into your bowl and add the boiling water. Stir it well.
  • Let the mass settle (for approx five minutes) and stir from time to time.
  • Meanwhile, you can cut the apple and almonds into small pieces.
  • As soon as a mushy oatmeal-mass has formed in your bowl, you can stir in the yoghurt.
  • Now you can add your topping (chopped apple and almonds) and add a little cinnamon for the „winter mood“. If you like it sweet, add one tbsp maple syrup.

Berry Bowl

Happy new year! Let‘s start it with this delicious vegan Berry Bowl. This healthy Smoothie Bowl - whether breakfast or lunch - refreshes your day with many vitamins. Everything into the blender and enjoy!


Ingredients:
(2 portions)

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 2 (frozen) Bananas
  • 350g (frozen) mixture of Wild Berries (Currants, Raspberries, Blueberries)
  • 250ml Coconut Water/Coconut Drink
  • 20g Chia Seeds


Topping:
Be creative! 

  • I used a few more Fresh Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries)
  • splittet Almonds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds 



How it’s done:

  • Put all the ingredients for the bowl (bananas, mixture of berries, coconut water, chia seeds) into the blender and blend it until a “fluffy” consistency is created.
  • Now fill into two bowls and create your own topping.

Coconut Porridge

Let me show you my favorite vegan breakfast bowl. In winter, the coconut flavoured porridge gives you an exotic holiday breeze.
To start the day sweetly I used raspberries as topping. But why not vary and try your favorite fruit?


Ingredients:
(1 portion)

Porridge:

  • 1 vegan Coconut Yoghurt (Coyog Nature)
  • a little Coconut Drink/Coconut Water
  • 40g Wholegrain Oats


Topping:

  • A fistful of Raspberries
  • A little Almonds
  • A little Cashew Nuts
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 10g Vegan Chocolate/Chocolate 100% Cacao



How it‘s done:

  • Pour a little boiling water over the oat flakes in your breakfast bowl. Mix until a mushy mass is formed. Add a little Coconut Water to dilute the mass. (As much as you like best)
  • Now you can add the topping (raspberries, almonds, cashew nuts, chia seeds)
  • At the end: cut the chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle the chocolate over your bowl.


*Of course you can adjust the topping to your taste and vary it in different ways.
